- •1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- •1 cup Milk chocolate chipsCan use dark or white chocolate chips

- •1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).

Prepare a muffin tray with 12 muffin cases.

Sift together self-raising flour, caster sugar, and baking powder into a bowl.

Rub in cold salted butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Sift in cocoa powder and fold into the mixture.
