Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp Almond flour(optional)Add more if the dough is too sticky
  • Chocolate chips(optional)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Mix natural peanut butter, brown sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and almond flour in a bowl.

    If the dough is too sticky, add more almond flour.

    Use a tablespoon scoop to portion the dough.

    Press the dough to flatten it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

    Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before removing them from the parchment paper.
