Chocolate Chip Banana Cake

- •1/4 cup Vegetable oilor coconut oil, any flavorless vegetable oil like canola, corn, sunflower

- •1 cup Almond flour
- •1 cup Oat flour
- •2 tsp Baking powder
- •3 Tbsp Sugar
- •Salt(optional)a pinch
- •1 cup Chocolate chips
- •1 Tbsp Oat flour
- •100 g Semi-sweet chocolateabout 2/3 cup

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mash the bananas and mix with eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Sift almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt over the mixture and stir until combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and oat flour.

Grease a 6-cup bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool for 15 minutes, then unmold and cool completely.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.

Add warm milk to the chocolate and mix until smooth. Adjust with more milk if needed.
