  • 1 cup Butterroom temperature
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Eggroom temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powdersifted
  • 1 cup Chocolate chipshalf white, half dark
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 100 g White chocolate(optional)for decoration

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

    Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

    Add vanilla extract and egg, mix until smooth.

    Add flour, rolled oats, and baking powder. Mix well.
