- •1 lb Beef mince10% fat
- •2 Onionsdiced
- •1 Red peppersliced
- •3 Garlic clovesminced
- •2 tbsp Tomato puree
- •1 can Chopped tomatoes
- •1 can Mixed beansin spicy tomato sauce
- •400 ml Beef stock
- •1 tsp Oregano
- •0.5 tsp Chili flakes(optional)to taste
- •Salt(optional)to taste
- •Coriander(optional)for garnish
- •Rice(optional)to serve
- •Cheese(optional)to serve

Heat oil in a pan and add beef mince. Cook until browned.

Add diced onions and sliced red pepper. Cook until softened.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in tomato puree and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes, beef stock, and oregano. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add mixed beans and chili flakes. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve with rice and garnish with coriander and cheese if desired.
