Ingredients
  • 1 lb Beef mince10% fat
  • 2 Onionsdiced
  • 1 Red peppersliced
  • 3 Garlic clovesminced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1 can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can Mixed beansin spicy tomato sauce
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes(optional)to taste
  • Salt(optional)to taste
  • Coriander(optional)for garnish
  • Rice(optional)to serve
  • Cheese(optional)to serve
Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan and add beef mince. Cook until browned.

    Add diced onions and sliced red pepper. Cook until softened.

    Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

    Stir in tomato puree and cook for 1 minute.

    Add chopped tomatoes, beef stock, and oregano. Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add mixed beans and chili flakes. Cook for another 5 minutes.

    Serve with rice and garnish with coriander and cheese if desired.
