Chilli Con Carne

- •1 kilo Lean fine mince beef
- •Olive oilFor cooking
- •Cayenne pepper(optional)To taste
- •Cumin(optional)To taste
- •Paprika(optional)To taste
- •Tomato sauceBase sauce
- •1/2 liters Water
- •Rich beef stock potDissolved in water
- •Kidney beansCanned, washed
- •Fresh chiles(optional)To taste
- •Dark chocolate(optional)Minimum 70% cocoa
- •Fresh coriander(optional)For garnish

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the mince beef. Cook until the water evaporates and the meat is browned.

Add cayenne pepper, cumin, and paprika to taste. Stir well.

Add tomato sauce and 1/2 liters of water with dissolved beef stock pot. Bring to a boil.

Simmer gently for about 1 hour with a lid on, stirring occasionally.

Add kidney beans and cook until heated through.
