  • Chickpeascanned, drained
  • Cumin seeds
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Spinachwilted and chopped
  • Olive oilfor wilting spinach
  • Gram flour
  • Oilfor frying
  • Yogurtfor dressing
  • Tahinifor dressing
  • Lemonjuice for dressing
  • Corianderfreshly chopped

    Blend chickpeas, cumin seeds, paprika, and turmeric into a paste.
