- •2 cloves Garlic/
- •1 Leekssliced
- •500 ml Chicken stockCheapo version
- •Parsleyfresh, chopped
- •1 Lemonjuice only
- •1 tbsp Mustard(optional)whole grain
- •Saltto taste
- •Black pepperto taste
- •1 tbsp Butter(optional)or more oil
- •1.5 tbsp Plain flouras thickener
- •1 packet Dumpling mixseasoned as desired

Dice the chicken thighs and smoked bacon.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the chicken and bacon.

Remove chicken and bacon from the pan. Lower the heat.

Add sliced leeks and onions to the pan. Cook until soft.

Add garlic and butter. Stir in flour to thicken.

Gradually add chicken stock, scraping the pan to lift browned bits.

Return chicken and bacon to the pan. Add mustard, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Add parsley and lemon juice.

Prepare dumpling mix according to package instructions. Add to stew.
