  • 30 grams Butter
  • 30 grams Flour
  • Knorr chicken stock pot
  • 50 ml Cream
  • ChickenRoasted and chopped
  • OnionsSmall, peeled
  • LeeksBunch, chopped
  • AsparagusChopped
  • CarrotsChopped
  • Peas
  • ParsleyFresh, chopped

    Melt 30 grams of butter in a pan.

    Add 30 grams of flour to the butter to make a blonde roux.

    Gradually whisk in water and a Knorr chicken stock pot.

    Add 50 ml of cream and bring to a boil.
