  • 15 grams MayonnaiseFor marinade

  • 1 clove GarlicGrated
  • 1 pinch Thyme/
  • 1 bunch Black pepperA lot
  • 1 pinch Salt/
  • BaconCrisped
  • Brioche bunsToasted
  • Butter crunch lettuce/
  • TomatoSliced
  • Pickled onions/
  • Colby Jack cheese/
  • 20 grams MayonnaiseFor sauce
  • 20 grams Carolina Gold barbecue sauce/
  • 10 grams Honey/
  • 10 grams Mustard/

    Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Carolina Gold barbecue sauce, honey, mustard, and black pepper. Store in the fridge.

    Cook bacon in a cool pan, then turn on the heat to render fat and crisp. Set aside on paper towels.

    Butterfly the chicken breast and cut into two pieces. Marinate with mayonnaise, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
