Cheesy Worcester Salmon Bake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C). Cut the boneless salmon fillets into bite-sized chunks.

Lightly grease a medium baking dish with the butter.

In a bowl, mix the double cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves, lemon zest and 1 tbsp lemon juice, black pepper, sea salt, and (if using) Dijon mustard and fresh thyme leaves.

Add the salmon chunks to the baking dish, pour over the Worcestershire–cream mixture, then scatter over the cheddar cheese to coat the top evenly.

Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden on top and the salmon is cooked through.
