Ingredients
  • 200 g Gruyere cheese
  • 200 g Comte cheese
  • 200 g Beaufort cheese
  • 1 clove GarlicCrushed
  • 150 ml White wineDry white wine

    Rub a cast-iron pot with a crushed garlic clove.
