Mince the chuck steak and sirloin twice for even fat distribution.

Form the minced beef into 100g patties.

Slice onions into 1 cm thick rings and grill until charred but still textured.

Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, yellow mustard, cayenne pepper, pickle juice, sugar, black pepper, salt, blended pickles, and garlic.
