Prepare the shortcrust pastry by combining flour, salt, butter, and lard in a food processor until breadcrumb consistency.

Add ice cold water slowly until the pastry forms a dough. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Roll out the pastry and line a greased pie tin.

Blind bake the pastry with parchment and rice for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling by whisking eggs, cream, and salt.
