- •2 tbsp Butter
- •1 tbsp Miso paste
- •1 tbsp Lime juice
- •Smoked saltto taste

Slice the Hispi cabbage in half.

Fry the cabbage flat side down, applying pressure until golden brown and charred at the edges.

Transfer to a 200°C oven for about 30 minutes.

Combine butter, miso paste, lime juice, and smoked salt to make the miso butter.

Remove the cabbage from the oven and fry it in a pan with a spoon of miso butter.
