  • Corianderchopped
  • Buttersoftened
  • Chipotle chiliessoaked in hot water, drained and chopped
  • Corn on the cobfried
  • Olive oil
  • Lancashire cheesecrumbled

    Chop coriander and mix with softened butter.

    Soak chipotle chilies in hot water, drain, chop, and mix with the butter and coriander.

    Fry corn on the cob in olive oil until charred.

    Add water to the pan to steam the corn through.
