  • •1 Ripe bananamashed
  • •1 Egg
  • •150 ml Milk
  • •Carrotsa couple, grated
  • •100 g Oats
  • •1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • •1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • •2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • •50 g Light cream cheese
  • •1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • •1 teaspoon Chia seeds(optional)for extra fiber
  • •Walnuts(optional)a few, crushed

    Mash the ripe banana.

    Add the egg, milk, grated carrots, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon; mix until combined.

    Pour the mixture into two oven-safe dishes.

    Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.

    Make the icing by whisking together Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, maple syrup, and (optionally) chia seeds.

    Once baked, spread the icing on top and finish with crushed walnuts.

    Optionally cover and store in the fridge overnight for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
