- •70 g Carrotgrated
- •50 g Greek yogurt
- •Maple syrup(optional)splash, to taste
- •Milk(optional)splash, to loosen batter
- •Cinnamonto taste, a good amount
- •1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- •1 Egg
- •20 g Light cream cheesefor icing
- •15 g Greek yogurtfor icing
- •Vanilla extract(optional)splash, for icing
- •Honey(optional)little squeeze, for icing
- •Walnuts(optional)crushed, for topping

Mash the banana in a bowl.

Add oats, grated carrot, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, milk, cinnamon, baking powder, and the egg; mix until combined.

Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
