  • 2 1/2 Onions
  • OilEnough to cover the bottom of the pan
  • WaterAdded in stages
  • Deer sauce(optional)For finishing

    Cut up the onions.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, enough to cover the bottom.

    Add onions to the pan and cook until translucent.

    Add water and cook until it evaporates. Repeat this process several times.

    Continue cooking until onions turn golden brown.
