Ingredients
  • Plain yogurt
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Mint
  • Green chiliesVery little
  • Black salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Water(optional)To thin if needed

    Add coriander leaves, mint, green chilies, and black salt to a bowl.

    Add a little yogurt to the bowl and blend to a fine paste.

    Add remaining yogurt and ice cubes to the paste and blend again.

    Check thickness and add water if needed to thin the buttermilk.
