- •2 tablespoons Chicken stockLeftover from poaching chicken
- •Wonton noodlesThin cut egg noodles
- •Baby bok choy leaves

Boil water in a wok and add wonton noodles and baby bok choy leaves.

Shock the noodles under cold running water to stop cooking.

Return the wok to heat and add chicken stock, butter, and oyster sauce.
