  • Fresh noodles
  • GreensAny kind, such as bok choy or romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ButterCan use dairy-free alternative

    Boil water and cook fresh noodles for about a minute.

    Add greens to the boiling noodles for the last 30 seconds of cooking.

    Drain noodles and greens, leaving a little liquid for emulsification.
