  • 250 grams Ground beef80/20 ratio
  • 4 grams Salt1.5% of meat weight
  • 1 clove GarlicGrated
  • 15 grams Maple syrup
  • Dried sageA sprinkle
  • 10 cranks Black pepper
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 pieces EggsBeaten for soft scramble
  • ButterFor scrambling eggs
  • 1 piece Kaiser rollFor bun
  • Ketchup(optional)To taste
  • 50 grams PotatoesGrated and washed
  • Pickled onions(optional)To taste
  • Sour cream(optional)To taste
