- •2 tbsp Coriander chutneycoriander and mint chutney
- •2 pieces Boiled potatoesspiced with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, and salt

- •1 tsp Chaat masala(optional)for seasoning
- •1 cup Sev(optional)crispy chickpea flour noodles for topping

Prepare coriander and mint chutney by blending cilantro, mint, ginger, garlic, green chilies, lime juice, salt, and water.

Boil potatoes, peel, and mash them. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, and salt. Sauté until mixed well.

Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices.

Layer chutney, spiced potatoes, and cheese slices between the bread slices.
