Ingredients
  • Boiled potatoessliced
  • Tomatoessliced
  • Onionssliced into rounds
  • Cucumberssliced into rounds
  • Butterfor spreading
  • Green chutneyfor spreading
  • Saltto taste
  • Chaat masalato taste
  • Bread slicesbrown or any preferred type

    Preheat the grill.

    Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

    Spread green chutney on the buttered side of the bread slices.

    Layer sliced boiled potatoes on one slice of bread.

    Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes.

    Add tomato slices, onion rounds, and cucumber slices.

    Sprinkle chaat masala and a little more salt over the vegetables.

    Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.

    Place the sandwich in the preheated grill and cook until golden grill marks appear.
