  • Black pepper(optional)to taste
  • 1/2 Buttersoft
  • 4 slices Sourdough breadcrusty
  • 2 tablespoons Anchovy oil
  • 2 Eggssoft-boiled
  • Parsley(optional)chopped

    Mix anchovies with a touch of pepper to create a smooth paste.

    Combine the anchovy paste with soft butter in a 50/50 ratio.

    Heat a pan and add a couple of tablespoons of anchovy oil.
