- •3 Onionssliced
- •Shallotsfinely chopped
- •1 tbsp Tomato paste
- •20 centimeter Dry white winePinot Grigio or Pinot Gris
- •800 grams Beefchopped, special beef for stews
- •1 Bay leaves
- •Thymebranches
- •Parsleyfresh
- •1 tbsp Flour
- •Salt
- •Black pepper
- •Oil
- •2 Garlic cloves
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and brown the onions.

Add beef to the onions and cook until browned.

Sprinkle flour over the beef and mix well.

Add water and white wine, then tomato paste. Mix well.

Add bay leaf, thyme, and garlic. Simmer for 1 hour.
