  • 1/4 teaspoon Saltfor streusel topping
  • 3/4 cup Light brown sugarfor streusel topping
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamonfor streusel topping
  • 6 tablespoons Buttersoftened, for streusel topping
  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flourfor cake batter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Saltfor cake batter
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 10 tablespoons Buttersoftened, for cake batter
  • 1 1/4 cups Sugarfor cake batter
  • Lemon zestfor cake batter
  • 2 Eggsfor cake batter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extractfor cake batter
  • 2/3 cup Milkfor cake batter
  • 2 cups Blueberriesfresh or frozen

    Make the streusel topping by combining flour, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Mix until clumpy.

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan with butter and parchment paper.

    Combine flour, salt, and baking powder for the cake batter.

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.

    Add lemon zest, eggs one at a time, and vanilla to the butter mixture.
