Take the wings off at the ball joint.

Slice between the breast and the leg, peel the meat away from the body, and remove the ball joint.

Flip the chicken around, cut the meat from the carcass, and pull away the leg.

Use a sharp knife to slice close to the bone and separate the meat from the carcass.
