- •.5 cup Red oniondiced
- •.5 cup Holland pepperdiced
- •1 cup Shiitake mushroomssliced

- •1 tsp Garlic powder
- •1 tsp Cumin
- •1 tsp Chipotle chili powder
- •1 tsp Salt
- •1 tsp Black pepper
- •1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- •3 tbsp Flour
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •2 tbsp Butter
- •1 cup Yellow onionsliced
- •4 slices Cheese
- •4 Buns

Drain and dry roast black beans in a pan to remove moisture.

In another pan, dry roast diced red onion, diced Holland pepper, and sliced shiitake mushrooms.

Combine roasted beans and vegetables in a food processor and blend until dry and sandy.

Add egg, garlic powder, cumin, chipotle chili powder, salt, pepper, and panko bread crumbs to the processor and blend.

Add flour to the mixture to help bind it.

Shape the mixture into patties and chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

Caramelize sliced yellow onion in a pan with olive oil and butter.

Bread the patties by dipping them in flour, egg, and panko, then fry in the pan with onion butter and oil.
