Ingredients
  • Refined flouralso known as maida
  • Yogurtpreferably sour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Oilfor dough and frying
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda

    Sift refined flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.

    Mix yogurt with powdered sugar and salt.

    Create a well in the flour mixture and add the yogurt mixture.

    Knead the dough, adding water gradually to make it soft.
