Beef Stroganoff

Melt butter in a pan and add onions and paprika. Cook gently.

Add button mushrooms and cook until they are stained by the paprika.

Add tomato puree and olive oil. Stir to combine.

Cook beef in a separate pan until browned on the outside but pink inside.

Add sour cream to the pan with the beef and let it rest.

Add Knorr beef stock pot and lemon juice to the sauce. Stir well.

Combine beef with the sauce and serve with rice or pasta. Garnish with parsley.
