  • French style green beans
  • Fillet of beef
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Shallotfinely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • Parsleychopped

    Boil French style green beans in salted water for 4-5 minutes until cooked but not squeaky.

    Season fillet of beef with salt, pepper, and thyme. Roll to coat evenly.
