Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Radishsliced thinly
  • 7 cups Water
  • 1/2 pound Beefcut into small pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlicminced
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    Slice the radish thinly and add to a pot with 7 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Cut the beef into small pieces and mince the garlic. Add both to the pot.

    Cover the pot, lower the heat, and simmer for 25 minutes.

    Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and chopped green onions. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
