- •7 cups Water
- •1/2 pound Beefcut into small pieces
- •4 cloves Garlicminced
- •2 Green onions
- •1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- •1 teaspoon Salt

Slice the radish thinly and add to a pot with 7 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Cut the beef into small pieces and mince the garlic. Add both to the pot.

Cover the pot, lower the heat, and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and chopped green onions. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
