  • Cream cheeseroom temperature
  • 4 Eggsroom temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and position the rack in the middle to upper third.

    Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

    In a stand mixer, cream the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.

    Add granulated sugar, kosher salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.

    Add eggs one at a time, mixing on medium-low speed. Scrape down the bowl as needed.

    Sift in all-purpose flour while mixing on low speed.

    Gradually add heavy cream, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap gently to remove air bubbles.

    Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden and domed.
