In a stand mixer, cream the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.

Add granulated sugar, kosher salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing on medium-low speed. Scrape down the bowl as needed.

Sift in all-purpose flour while mixing on low speed.
