  • 100 grams Refined flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 grams Butterplus extra for greasing
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup Milkadjust as needed

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

    Grease a cake tin with butter and dust with flour.

    Beat 4 eggs with vanilla essence until they double in volume and form ribbons.

    Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

    Sift the flour and fold it into the egg mixture gently.
