Ingredients
  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 tbsp Ajwain
  • Oilfor roasting and dough softness
  • Wateras needed

    Mix whole wheat flour, salt, ajwain, and oil in a bowl.

    Gradually add water to form a soft dough.

    Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

    Cover the dough and let it rest for 20-25 minutes.

    Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a ball.

    Roll out each ball into a triangle, applying oil and sprinkling flour.

    Cook on a hot tawa, applying oil or ghee, until golden brown on both sides.
