  • Udon noodles
  • Cooked chicken thighsCut into pieces
  • Baby broccoliCut into pieces
  • 2 parts Soy sauceFor sauce
  • 1 part Black vinegarFor sauce
  • 0.5 part Oyster sauce(optional)Or honey, for sauce
  • Garlic(optional)Crushed
  • Ginger(optional)A little bit
  • Sesame oil(optional)
  • Thai red chili flake(optional)For spice
  • 1 part Cornstarch(optional)For slurry
  • 2 parts Water(optional)For slurry
  • Miso paste(optional)For boiling water
  • Scallions(optional)For garnish

    Bring a pot of water to boil and add a spoonful of miso paste.

    Cook udon noodles according to package instructions (about 4 minutes).

    Blanch baby broccoli in the boiling water.
