  • •1 Bananause half mashed, half sliced for topping
  • •35 g Oats
  • •1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • •1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • •Milka splash for batter, plus a tiny splash for the toffee drizzle
  • •1 Egg
  • •40 g Greek yogurtfor batter
  • •15 g Peanut butter
  • •Honeya squeeze
  • •50 g Greek yogurtfor topping

    Mash half a banana and save the other half for later.

    Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, a splash of milk, egg, and 40 g Greek yogurt. Mix to combine.

    Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.

    While baking, mix peanut butter, a squeeze of honey, and a tiny splash of milk until runny like caramel/toffee.

    Once baked, top with the remaining half banana, 50 g Greek yogurt, and drizzle over the peanut butter-honey toffee. Swirl to finish.
