Ingredients
  • 4 Potatoesroasted
  • 250 g Butter
  • Milkto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • 4 Cumberland sausages
  • 2 Red onionssliced
  • 2 White onionssliced
  • 4 Garlic cloveschopped
  • Olive oilfor cooking
  • Red wine vinegarto taste
  • White wineto taste
  • Beef stockwell reduced
  • Rosemarychopped

    Roast potatoes at 180°C for an hour, then peel.

    Mash potatoes with butter and milk until smooth. Season with salt.

    Slice red and white onions thinly.

    Cook onions in olive oil until soft and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

    Add chopped garlic to onions and cook briefly.

    Add red wine vinegar, white wine, and beef stock to onions. Simmer until thickened.

    Cook sausages slowly in a pan until browned and cooked through.
