Ingredients
  • •1 Ripe bananamashed
  • •35 g Oats
  • •1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • •1 Egg
  • •a splash Milk
  • •50 g Greek yogurt
  • •1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • •15 g Dark chocolatesave some for topping
Instructions

    Mash 1 ripe banana.

    Add oats, baking powder, egg, a splash of milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and most of the dark chocolate (reserve some for topping). Mix well.

    Top with the remaining dark chocolate.

    Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
