Ingredients
  • 1 Sea basswhole, cleaned
  • Thymeminced
  • Garlicminced
  • Oreganominced
  • Parsleyminced
  • Gingerfresh, minced
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperfreshly ground
  • Lemonsliced, plus juice and zest
  • Potatoescut into thick slices
  • Cherry tomatoeshalved
  • Sagechopped
  • Olive oil

    Salt the sea bass generously and add freshly ground black pepper.

    Add slices of lemon and a spritz of lemon juice to the fish.
