  • 2 Scotch eggs
  • Low-calorie oilFor spraying on baking tray and eggs
  • Vegetable oilFor rubbing on eggs

    Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (395 Fahrenheit or gas mark 6).

    Spray a baking tray with low-calorie oil to prevent sticking.

    Place a piece of parchment or greaseproof paper on the baking tray and spray it with oil.

    Rub one Scotch egg with vegetable oil and the other with low-calorie oil.

    Place the Scotch eggs on the prepared baking tray.

    Bake the eggs in the oven for 15 minutes, then check their color.
