Ingredients
  • 200 g Baconpan-fried
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 2 Eggsfull eggs
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper

    Pan-fry 200g of bacon.

    Roll out the dough in a dish and poke holes with a fork. Refrigerate.

    Prepare the savory custard by mixing 250ml milk, 250ml cream, 2 full eggs, 2 egg yolks, salt, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.

    Assemble the quiche by layering bacon and cheese evenly in the dish.

    Pour the savory custard over the bacon and cheese.

    Add extra bacon on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (425°F) for 30 to 35 minutes.
