Ingredients
  • Tomatoesextremely ripe
  • Cucumberspeeled, seeds removed
  • Bell peppersgreen or red, seeds removed
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sherry vinegar
  • Garlic(optional)optional
  • Onions(optional)optional
  • Bread(optional)optional
  • Saltto taste
  • Water(optional)as needed

    Prepare the tomatoes by removing the core and optionally peeling them.

    Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds.

    Remove seeds from the bell peppers.

    Add all vegetables to a blender.

    Add sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil to the blender.

    Blend the mixture until smooth, adding water if too thick.

    Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and additional vinegar if needed.
