Authentic Sangria

- •200 ml Red winedark red wine
- •2 tablespoons Liqueur
- •Cinnamon(optional)powdered or sticks

Make simple syrup by combining 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool.

Juice one orange to get about 9 tablespoons of juice. Strain and set aside.

Measure 200ml of red wine and add to a large pitcher.

Add a few tablespoons of liqueur to the wine.

Add the cooled simple syrup to the wine mixture.

Add a little cinnamon to the mixture.

Zest half a lemon and add to the mixture.

Peel and segment the orange, apple, pear, peach, and grapefruit. Add to the mixture.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least one hour. Serve with ice.
