  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • Salt
  • GarlicCrushed into a paste
  • GingerGrated into a puree
  • Olive oilFor marinade
  • BroccoliChargrilled
  • Bulgar wheatCooked until tender
  • Harissa pasteFor dressing
  • Buttermilk or creme fraiche(optional)For dressing
