Ingredients
  • Boiled potatoespeeled and mashed
  • Paneergrated
  • Coriander leaveschopped
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cashew nutschopped

    Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Refrigerate them overnight to remove excess moisture.

    Mix the mashed potatoes with salt and red chilli powder lightly using a fork.

    Prepare the stuffing by mixing grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and chopped cashew nuts.

    Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan until very hot.

    Apply oil on your palms, take a portion of the potato mixture, shape it into a ball, make a dent, and fill it with the paneer mixture. Seal and flatten it into a patty.

    Shallow fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

    Remove excess oil by placing the patties on a kitchen towel.
