Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza
A quick and easy pepperoni pizza made in an air fryer.

- •1 packet Yeast
- •1 tsp Sugar
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •3 cups Flour
- •1 tsp Salt
- •.5 cup Tomato sauce
- •1 cup Mozzarella cheesegrated
- •20 Pepperoni slices

Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and sugar. Allow it to sit until foamy.

Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, flour, and salt to a stand mixer. Mix and knead for 10 minutes.

Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough in it, cover, and let it proof for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into six equal pieces and form into balls.

Roll out one dough ball on a floured surface and let it proof for 15 minutes.

Pre-bake the pizza base in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.

Flip the base, add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
