Ingredients
  • .5 lb Dry chickpeassoaked overnight
  • 1 small Onionchunk
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsleyfresh
  • 1 bunch Basilfresh
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • .5 tsp Salt
  • .25 tsp Black pepper

    Soak dry chickpeas in water overnight for at least 12 hours.

    Drain and dry chickpeas using a towel to remove excess moisture.

    Process chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until coarse.

    Form mixture into balls using a tablespoon and place in an oiled air fryer basket.

    Air fry at 370°F for 7 minutes, spray with oil, then air fry for another 3 minutes.
