Air Fryer Falafel
A healthier version of falafel made in the air fryer for a crispy texture without deep frying.

- •1 small Onionchunk
- •1 clove Garlic
- •1 bunch Parsleyfresh
- •1 bunch Basilfresh
- •1 tsp Lemon zest
- •1 tbsp Olive oil

Soak dry chickpeas in water overnight for at least 12 hours.

Drain and dry chickpeas using a towel to remove excess moisture.

Process chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until coarse.

Form mixture into balls using a tablespoon and place in an oiled air fryer basket.

Air fry at 370°F for 7 minutes, spray with oil, then air fry for another 3 minutes.
